How we handle your information.

We collect what you give us, we don’t sell it, and we use it to deliver what you signed up for.

If you want anything specific — to see what we have on you, get a copy, or have it deleted — email hello@motgrowth.com and we’ll get back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

What we collect

• Information you submit through forms on our sites — name, email, company, role, and anything else you choose to share.
• Responses to assessments and in-program exercises — your Momentum Score answers and any work you submit during the accelerator.
• Booking details when you schedule a call with us.
• Basic information about how the site is used — pages viewed, referring source. We don’t use advertising trackers and we don’t sell your data.
• You can also choose to share other business details, like your revenue range, phone number, or LinkedIn, when a tool asks for them.

How we use it

To respond to you. To deliver the service you signed up for. To follow up about cohort openings if you joined the waitlist. To improve the program — your aggregated, anonymized responses help us sharpen the curriculum.

If you’re in a live cohort, your name, company, and exercise work are visible to your facilitators and to your cohort. That’s part of the service — the cohort works because everyone shares.

Who we share with

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers we use to run the business — for things like hosting, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, and analytics. Each handles a specific operational function and is bound by its own privacy practices.

Cookies

We use cookies to run the site, to remember you across our tools so you don’t have to re-enter your details, and to understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser. Our tools still work, you’ll just be asked for your details again.

Your choices

• Access or deletion. Email hello@motgrowth.com. We’ll respond and either show you what we have or delete it.
• Marketing emails — waitlist updates, future cohort info, occasional newsletters. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the unsubscribe option in any email we send, or by emailing hello@motgrowth.com.
• Cohort emails. While you’re in the program, cohort communications are part of the service you paid for and can’t be turned off individually.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run our business and provide our services. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@motgrowth.com.
